Territory – London focused 37.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Up to £25,000 dependant on experience (plus annual performance bonus / showroom bonus / benefits) Potential OTE £28,000 plus benefits
Turnstyle Designs is a brand leader in the Architectural Hardware sector, founded in 1992 and firmly established in key regions across the globe. Working within the luxury interiors sector we design and manufacture some of the world’s most innovative and aspiring architectural hardware for the prime residential, luxury hospitality, high end furniture and super yacht markets.

We are looking to recruit a Junior Sales person to help with the day to day running of the showroom and support the existing sales consultant within the luxury interiors specification sector. Working from our London based showroom and primarily supporting the Greater London area, this is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leading brand in our showroom, servicing some of the world’s leading Interior Design and Architectural practices.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager you will work as part of a two-person team. Showroom presentation will form the core of the position whilst also ensuring all aspects of the sales process are supported. Full product and process training will be given enabling you to build your sales skills and technical knowledge of our product range as you work with our experienced and enthusiastic team.
The role will involve building rapport and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls, other virtual communication services, email and, most importantly, face to face showroom based presentations to introduce and present the full range of products and services offered. From time to time, you may be required to support staff at trade shows and showroom events. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a confident, focused demeanour are essential attributes for the role. Experience within the luxury interiors sector and an understanding of the specification process would be beneficial but is not essential.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frequent in person client meetings, either brand promotion or project related.
- Quarterly visits to Devon Head Office for additional training and team building.
- Daily contact with clients – in person at client site or showroom, telephone, and email.
- Produce and present detailed quotations in the recognised format and to agreed timescales.
- Servicing and progressing sales leads and enquiries from initial enquiry to after sales.
- Ensuring all customer quotations, brochure and sample requests are followed up efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer and project records within our CRM system.
- Networking at various events to develop brand presence and expand client database.
- React to showroom visitors and requests.
- Proactively promote the showroom as a brand and sales tool.
- Maintain the showroom to a high level.
- Develop, nurture, and manage internal and external relationships.
- Develop an industry and product expertise.

- Experience within the luxury interiors sector and an understanding of the specification process.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Take pride in their work and have an excellent level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a competence with Microsoft Office package.
- An understanding of the exceptional customer service levels associated with a luxury brand.
- An understanding of business-to-business sales processes within a demanding sector.
- A practical / technical interest in our range of products and market.
- Focused and organised collaborator.
- An active interest and desire to learn more of luxury brands, interior design, and architecture.
- A desire to learn and progress with a proactive attitude to develop your knowledge.
A TYPICAL WEEK
Working in partnership with our showroom-based sales consultant your week will be varied and consist of:
- Showroom sales and assistance
- Showroom maintenance
- Showroom promotion
- Preparation of quotations
- Sales follow up and lead progression (telephone and email)
- CRM database maintenance
- Market research and helping to booking meetings
- Networking within the luxury interiors sector
IN RETURN WE OFFER
- A starting salary of up to £25,000 per annum (OTE £28,000).
