The Butchers Quarter, NQ, is looking for a Full time Sales Assistant to join the team! We are an artisan butcher, cheesemonger and tasting room in the heart of the Northern Quarter. We pride ourselves on supporting local independent businesses and only using local, high welfare produce. As the only butcher shop in Manchester City centre, the highest standard of customer service is essential!
This role is perfect for an invidiual with an interest in all things Food, artisan products, wine and quality cheeses!
The ideal candidate will have,
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a Butcher shop setting
- Basic Wine knowdlege (WSET Level 2 standard, preferable but not necessary)
