Utopia Project is a family owned and operated business. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and help us grow. We are looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, anLooking to try out something new while cashing up for summer?

Due to client expansion, we are finally open to grow our team of ambitious brand ambassadors over the next upcoming weeks so we can take on new talent to amazing team in our Birmingham location!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £650-£800per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Work Location: In persond hardworking. This position will require working in a fast-paced environment with a fun team atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly service.
- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Complete sales transactions including product information, sale costs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Participate in inventory counts, store cleanliness checks, product information sessions, and other store initiatives.
- Communicate with customers regarding availability of merchandise, pricing, promotions, or special offers.
- Accurately input all product information into our POS system.
- Participate in weekly store cleanliness counts and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £624.00-£737.00 per week
