Job Summary
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Support to the Sales Director from initial customer contact, through to completing customer new line documents, processing orders and ensuring that orders are received by customers at the required time and place.
- Contacting potential accounts who have shown an interest in the products.
- Communicating regularly with existing customers regarding promotions and new titles, updating current systems and analysing sales.
- Managing and updating Thames and Kosmos systems.
- Helping to create and manage inhouse marketing efforts including posting on Facebook and Twitter and other Social Media on a weekly basis.
- Attending Trade shows when required to promote our product portfolio.
- Providing Customer Service Support and spare parts for end users.
ADDITIONAL ROLES
- Answering telephone calls and managing them.
- All Company positions will be expected to provide support for each other when required.
Job Type / Category
Thames and Kosmos distribute board games and science kits manufactured by Kosmos. The position is a 9am-5pm role, but occasionally there will be weekend work, when we attend trade shows. The successful candidate will receive 20 days holiday, and extra time off at Christmas along with Bank Holidays.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be highly literate, have a bright and friendly manner on the phone, and be happy to embrace the inclusive nature of the industry. This is a small company and everybody mucks in when required. The job itself needs an enthusiastic individual who will be self-motivated, creative and confident, and passionate about our products. We will provide on the job training in QuickBooks and Act. You also need to be happy to be around the office dogs.

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
