To provide excellent customer service and demonstrate high standards by ensuring customers receive a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Take a history of the vehicle and any issues. Provide estimates from the information gathered and gain customer approval. Order relevant parts and ensure enough stock. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and satisfactorily ready to be filed. Operate all office equipment in line with instructions and safely. Process cash and card payments. Update customer records in the company’s database as required.
