- Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns.
- Deliver a positive experience.
- Be able to investigate client concerns of the complaint product and provide a diagnostic service.
- Maximise opportunities on sales by notifying clients of promotions.
- Quote and agree fees for repairs and replacement of products, diagnostic services and products on sale.
- To effectively communicate and share openly relevant business information, targets, results with your supervison.
- Advise on and agree on turn around time/lead time and collection and delivery of repaired and other products.
•Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products including specification, pricing and features.
- Have the ability to effectively resolve customer disputes and complaints.
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Possess and utilise knowledge of the product and company.
