Job description
We're looking for a friendly and confident Sales Assistant who is also highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers who are purchasing products from our clients, processing payments and completing transactions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a clean criminal record and the ability to work well in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Approach customers.
- Answer customers' questions.
- Help customers make selections.
- Ring up purchases and process payments.
- Advise on correct purchases.
- Have good knowledge of the client's products.
- Make suggestions to customers about goods and services that might interest them, based on the customer's preferences, needs, and financial situation.
Here at Prime Sheffield we are looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about customer satisfaction. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting the sales team by creating a sense of urgency, presenting and demonstrating product features, and assisting customers with their needs during their visit to the store. What do we do?
Prime Sheffield has an opening for a marketing management trainee to progress their careers in sales, marketing and business. You will receive full training for each clients in our 8-12 month programme to becoming a Sales and Marketing Manager. Whilst training candidates will work across multiple departments such as; marketing, customer service, sales, recruitment, HR and brand management.
We are looking for people who are driven, motivated and looking for a new and exciting challenge. Full training will be provided; thus no experience is needed.
