Job description
Your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate empathetic and personalised care to senior residents is a residential setting. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing and eating, making beds, keeping rooms tidy and monitoring health conditions. You will need to create a safe and supportive environment, engage in meaningful social interactions and assist in organising recreational activities to promote residents well being. Additionally maintaining accurate care plans using the PCS system, Good communication with colleagues, medical professionals and family members are essential aspects of the role as is patience and a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for the elderly are crucial traits for this position.

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
