This retail store is based in Frome.

What we expect from you in this role:
- Welcome and Greet customers with a friendly and personable nature
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Determine customer’s needs and wants.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Actively involved in the receiving of delivery
- A good working knowledge of the products we have in store.
- Follow all cash and customer service policies and procedures.
- Ensure all till transactions are carried out correctly within company guidelines
- weekend work is required
