Role and Responsibilities
· Identify opportunities to sell to customers
· Individualise the service to each customer.
· Maintain a clean and tidy shop front
· Interacting with customer online / over the phone
· Operating till transactions
· Outfit building
· Packaging online orders
· Stock checks
· Store operations (preparing to open and close store)
· Visual merchandising
· Creating Content
· Work towards sales targets
Key Requirements
Essential
· GCSE’s A*-C
· Confident with good communication skills
· Enthusiastic
· Reliable
· Pro active
· Creative mindset and willing to engage with content
Ideal
· Previous retail experience
· Knowledge of the sneaker market, fashion and style
