Job Title: Sales Associate - Part time (24 hrs)

Reporting To: Boutique Manager

What you’ll do
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
- Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)
Supporting the Team
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with Concession tasks in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Delivering Efficiency
- Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
