We are looking to welcome Sales Assistant's to join our amazing team in Warrington.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Sales Co-worker.
Due to health & safety you must be 18+ for this role.
Expected Starting Date: July 8th 2023.
Interview date: Assessment Center held on the 19th of June. (time TBC)
We are looking to have an open day at IKEA Warrington on the 13th of June. Please come along and see what IKEA can offer you. This will be held between 6pm & 8pm, drop in anytime.
WHAT WE OFFER
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER
- £10.90 hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- 16 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Also need availability on Monday & Friday evenings from 6pm to 11pm.
- Working between 8am to 11pm, approx.. 4 hours daily.

- You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers
- You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings
- You are always passionate about the range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
- You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop
- You are competent with IT to use planning tools, Microsoft office, using the internet and relevant programmes to support selling to the customer
