Sales Assistant – Ringways Hire and Leasing

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a basic salary of up to £24,000 with a very easily achievable OTE of over £27,325per annum.

We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week Monday to Friday based at our DM Keith Skoda Leeds dealership.

About You

We are looking for someone to join our established Ringways Hire and Leasing team, we are looking for a sales professional who has commercial vehicle experience, this position covers all of our sales activities alongside a solid customer base already in existence.

The successful applicant will have excellent organisation skills, must be self-motivated and be able to work in a senior role within a successful team, as well as interacting with other departments within the business when required. Alongside this you must have the ability to work autonomously within company guidelines.

As a Hire and Leasing Sales Assistant you will be confident working to targets and deadlines and be able to maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries and have a positive, professional and structured approach to sales.

Duties

• 
  Provide full support to the Senior Team Leader
• 
  Point of contact for sales enquiries via telephone/email/systems
• 
  Respond to generic sales enquiries within the specified time scales
• 
  Run accurate OTR’s within the specified time scales
• 
  Perform outbound follow up’s to previous OTR’s generated
• 
  Be commercially aware and up to date with quarterly terms and offers
• 
  Have a comprehensive knowledge of the Ford car & CV range
• 
  Liaise with supplying dealers for stock availability
• 
  Develop strong relationships with broker partners
• 
  Perform Compliance calls with Retail customers taking finance

OTR’s, availabilities with dealers, lead times, switch selling to available vehicles, product knowledge questions, terms, dealer accessory pricing, conversion quotations
