We provide quality customers for the UK's most recognised and up-and-coming brands. We have established that the best correspondence when it comes to generating customers for our clients is formed directly through in-person presentations, on a face-to-face basis.
As we prepare for our expansion over to London, Manchester and Bristol we are on the lookout for 5 Customer Service Advisors to join our Leeds team!
Sales / Customer Service Advisor - Day to Day:
- Delivering 5* Customer Service
- Monitoring our client's targets
- Setting up new b2c campaigns
- Manage a campaign's success
- Handling customer queries
- Presenting in person to potential customers
- Assisting sales and lead generation
- Fulfil sales transactions using a tablet or similar device
Your day will always begin and end in our centrally located office and you will be cross-trained in areas such as sales forecasting, recruitment, leadership, events management and business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £24,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
