- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning.
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Organize and attend industry events, webinars, and workshops to promote Syncurio's platform and establish a strong industry presence.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Desirable:

Location:
This role is based in the UK, and the successful candidate will be expected to work remotely with occasional travel to our offices as required.
