Our Sales and Marketing Graduate Programme will give you a broad taste of all areas of commerce, in a small business setting. Get the experience you need to build a career you'll love.

ROLE
Placements are based at our office in Suffolk.
First you'll learn how to run a busy sales desk and the basics you need to run a business during your Commercial placement. From there you'll do a six month placement marketing our products and services and finally six months talking directly with new and existing customers - account management & business development.
Throughout the programme you’ll undertake projects of your choice and will be involved with recruitment and selection of new staff if you want.
All three placements last around six months. The scheme leads to a long term position with us - in a role you're best at.
TRAINING AND LEARNING
You will be given a clearly laid out set of learning goals that you can follow at your own pace and will receive weekly review sessions, meaning that your opportunity for feedback is regular and effective.

REQUIREMENTS
- A first or 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any subject - if you don't have a strong degree you'll need to convince us in your covering letter.
- A full driving licence is required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Someone who is proactive, intelligent, ambitious, adventurous and friendly with a record of success at school, university or life
