Sales and marketing specialist - Malay Speakers

About the Role
Our sales and marketing specialist team are on the frontline of helping to take our business global by serving students from different countries globally.
This role calls for a combination of communication skills, savvy analytics, critical thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business. Further, we are under a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to switch between long-term pivotal initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.
What You'll Do
- Take lead in the region you are responsible for, and become a region expert and train team members
- Build partnership with channels to refer students to us
- Converts prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
- Plan and organise daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted booking numbers.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Lead and execute operations of social media accounts
- Recruit and train group leaders, student ambassador to assist with expanding sales distribution channels
What You'll Need
- Experience in video making, livestreaming, and have great ability to write promotional articles
- Empathetic in dealing with different people. Able to quickly build relationships with external partners, couriers and internal team members.
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.
- Able to cope with pressure and an environment where not everything works yet. Willing to take ownership of problems rather than worry about whose problem it is.
- Curious and eager to learn about all aspects of the business. Can build up skills and knowledge very fast to become a recognized subject matter expert amongst your peers.
Malay/Malaysian speakers are preferred.

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
