Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the King's Lynn, Norfolk marketing team in achieving sales goals by successfully managing marketing, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and helping chive sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales. The Marketing Manager will report to the Sales Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visiting on going installations and approaching local properties offering quotes
- Leaflet distribution via a small team of canvassers.
- Onsite training and leading by example.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive sales
- Maintain current relationships with current and prospective customers through cold calling, networking, advertising, and promotional activities
- Oversee the training of the marketing team to ensure best practices for successful lead generation
- Conduct training sessions for all new hires to include but not limited to: product knowledge, selling techniques, communication techniques, time management techniques, etc.
- Responsible for hiring staff to include new hire training as well as ongoing employee development and development plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
