Trade Insulation is a operating name under Home & Trade Builders Merchants. Home & Trade has been a local, family run business for over 50 years. The business is now under new ownership.
We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Sales & Marketing Manager to grow our new Trade Insulation Business. You will be selling a full range of products covering Insulation Sheets, Boards & Drylining products to distributors, regional housebuilders & National housebuilders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and Establish relationships with distributors & housebuilders.
- Implement a sales plan to grow the business & exceed sales budgets.
- Work closely & collaboratively with the Merchant team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
You will require a strong knowledge of insulation products within the building industry.
You will require good organisational skills.
Be commercially aware & be immensely customer focused.
In return, we offer a salary between £38,000 to £46,000 dependant on experience. A monthly commission bonus along with 28 days holidays (including bank holidays) & a pension scheme.
