Harry Specters is a chocolate company based in Ely, Cambridgshire. The company is scaling rapidly due to strong growth in the past and offer a unique opportunity for a B2B Marketing & Sales Manager to grow with the business.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the B2B Marketing & Sales Manager will step in at an exciting time and collaborate in helping with the business growth in line with the company growth strategy.
The B2B Marketing & Sales Manager will be:
- Building relationships with prospective client companies, intermediaries and retail to bring in new business.
- Own and manage B2B online and offline channel.
- Developing a bespoke sales approach for each product, tailored to individual companies.
- Keeping an eye on industry trends and consumer attitudes to stay ahead of the curve when marketing the brand’s products.
- Building financial reports and forecasts, meeting sales targets effectively and helping the company grow in value.
- Negotiating with suppliers and managers on prices, deliveries and specifications.
- Representing the company at B2B and trade exhibitions, delivering presentations, training and showcasing products to prospective buyers.
- Collecting customer feedback on the brand’s products to relay it back to the research and development team.
The B2B Marketing & Sales must have:
- Proven B2B experience from any B2B consumer sector (food & drink sector will be preferred).
- Outstanding analytical, organisational and marketing skills.
- An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Experience with Excel.

Salary: £30K - 35K per annum depending on experience.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch break each day)
Duration: Permanent after an initial probation of 3 months.

Location: Working from home is an option with occasional visit to the office in Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4EX
