Job description
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our wedding team at Shilstone. Excellent verbal communication skills are required to ensure high quality customer service is provided when contacting our clients by telephone to arrange viewings of our beautiful wedding venue.
This isn’t a hard sell job but you are required to make calls, take notes and update the CRM system to ensure our wedding team have up to date and accurate information. You will also be required to provide general admin support to the wedding team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with our clients and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Maximise the number of people signing up for viewings
- Use CRM System
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Assist the wedding team as required
Previous sales experience is desirable.
Salary: from £12.75 / hour plus commission
Your own transport is essential as we are not on any bus routes.
