Sales and Marketing executive We work with some of the biggest fortune 500 and 100 companies in order to expand their consumer base and generate loyal recurring customers. Through the value of our direct marketing approach we are aiming to provide more opportunities of growth for individuals interested in understanding the true value of interpersonal relations. We are looking for an individual with long term goals of progression and skill development within the marketing and management sector. Learning the strategies we implement on a daily basis and utilising them in different situations. We provide: Exposure to working with some of the UK’s most well known household brands. In depth training covering product knowledge and the systems used to engage customers. The opportunity for development and growth on a personal and professional level. One-on-one mentoring and coaching. Travel opportunities across the UK and internationally The Ideal Sales and marketing assistant will possess: ambition to take on more responsibility a student mentality, allowing them to constantly develop their knowledge the ability to utilise soft skills such as time management and situational awareness confidence in communicating with a range of customers leadership qualities and competitive streak We provide a 2 week accelerated training period that will provide you with a solid understanding of the foundational skills needed to expand within our industry. This will be spent with some of the top performing individuals within our team along with endless networking opportunities from offices across the UK. Hybrid pay structure ( weekly base pay + competitive commission) We have found this is the best way of providing stability and security for our team whilst allowing for their pay to develop alongside their skills. Starting salary - £24,000 with the ability to revisit and boost after training period.
