We are now looking for a Full-time Sales and Design Consultant, who is enthusiastic in both generating sales as well as inspiring designs. The position comes with a competitive salary & uncapped commission.
The right person will need the following essential qualities:
· Minimum 1-year previous bathroom sales and design experience
· Knowledge of popular suppliers and their latest products as well as the latest in interior design trends
· Ability to turn customers’ preference, requirements, and style into realistic stunning design and sale
· Strong flair and passion for selling and the ability to negotiate effectively
· Manage your own CRM, appointments, and emails
· Target driven with the ability to achieve set targets for sales and margins and proven sales experience in the bathroom industry
· Excellent customer service
· Able to follow up on all leads into the business, converting them into sales
· Energetic with a high degree of self-motivation and able to work to quick deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Virtual World or similar CAD experience

Location: Putney, South West London
Salary: Basic from £33,000 plus commission OTE £50K+
Role: Full Time, Permanent
Work days: Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu for working Saturday
