Working as part of a small team you will help provide valuable support to customers and sales consultants within the business. The team work together to ensure an efficient process flow from first contact through to completion.
Day to day work will include:
- Managing the diary of two sales consultants and engineers
- Raising quotes, sales orders and purchase orders as required. Ensuring all are raised in a timely manner
- Booking appointments for call outs, services, assessments and handovers
- Receiving incoming calls and greeting customers into the showroom
- Ensuring that all enquiries are communicated and followed through as appropriate
- Contacting customers to advise of services due and booking in, ensuring service records are accurately maintained
- Taking card payments by phone and processing orders once payment received
- Completing the sales process by allocating, dispatching and invoicing sales when required
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The role is full time (40 hours pw) and will be based in our offices in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire. Free parking is provided and the location is easily accessible from Witney, Oxford, Woodstock and surrounding areas.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
