Impression Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client who are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and passionate team. You will be the first point of contact for any incoming enquires, have the ability to develop new business and maintain great customer relationships. You will be part of a business that ensures the customer is at the forefront of what they do and they would like to gain someone that loves working towards the same mentality.
As the successful Sales and Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

• Managing inbound calls and enquiries from a variety of customers
• Confidently communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat, to provide quotes and maximising sales at any given opportunity
• Pro-actively seeking any sales opportunities that may arise, targeting both prospect clients and dormant accounts
• Developing new business opportunities and booking sales meetings
• Processing and responding to all new enquiries
• Managing and improving the CRM system and keeping up to date
• Provide effective account management to all your customers
• Regularly collaborating with other teams to problem solve and gain insight to maintain excellent customer order experience

Experience required:

• You will have proven and experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of sales achievements is essential for this role
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes to a high standard
