Our partner are a fantastic qualification organisation who provide training and assessments to clients, primarily in the education sector. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a new member to their team.
What’s the package?
£42k plus up to £10k bonus (50% guaranteed, 50% performance related)

What’s the role?
You will be regionally field based selling training courses, qualifications and platforms to people predominantly within the education sector.
As well as covering your own patch you will also be expected to travel occasionally to the office in Lancaster to contribute to team strategy and share best practice. There may also be some overnight stays, but you’ll manage your diary and all costs and mileage are covered.
You will be an established sales professional, used to owning their own sales cycle and picking up their own leads. While you will prospect using data and insight, you’ll also network at events and conferences as way of introducing services.
The ability to sell face to face to absolutely essential for this role. If you have experienced sales cycles of up to a year long as well that would be desirable. Familiarity with the sector is also helpful, though not essential.
The performance earning potential is really achievable in this role, and as the business is growing you will be in a good position to secure some early new business.
