Our fleet of over 1500 accessible minibuses, continues to grow and over the past few years we have expanded our footprint across the South of England with depots in 6 counties, our appetite for growth is undiminished.
We are now seeking an ambitious individual with a ‘Can do’ attitude to join us on the journey. Whilst experience of local authority or NHS Sales / Account management, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude who works well as part of a team.

Role Purpose
Develop and maintain your client base, ensuring that processes and procedures are in place to provide quality service, meeting customer expectations in full and whilst implementing new developments and strategies to support continual growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan and prioritise sales activity in order to continually meet and exceed the agreed business aims and targets.
· Identify and utilise opportunity for additional sales, new business, and general growth.
· Maintain regular contact and relations with existing customers, clients and accounts in order to ensure contractual compliance.
· Develop, agree, and implement an effective marketing strategy to promote all business and their associated activities within the Group of Companies.
· Plan and execute marketing activity in line with agreed budget and timescale, integrating these with other marketing and customer activity where possible.
· Contribute to and maintain agreed processes and procedures ensuring customer expectations are met wherever possible, with areas of non-conformance and general complaints are monitored.
· Ensure up-to-date contact information is maintained for new and existing customers.
· Regularly review the market to ensure our offering is in line with or exceeds our competitors.
· Utilise social media and other marketing mediums to share success stories and further develop the business.
· Respond to and follow up on all enquires received in person, over the phone, via email or other platforms.
· Provide regular KPI reports on sales and marketing activity to the Senior Management Team.
· Represent the Group of Companies and our offering at trade shows, networking, building relations and acquiring new industry contacts in order to support business growth.
· Attend in-person and electronic training programmes to continually develop knowledge, skills, and techniques.

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
