We require a sales assistant to join the team at a busy self-storage centre based in Kirkby in Ashfield, Mansfield
Helping businesses & domestic customers find the right space and facilities to match their needs whether they choose to contact us online, by phone or by visiting the store.
The main duties include but are not limited to -
- Customer service
- Office Admin
- Sales
- Goods collection
- Debt management
- Housekeeping and cleanliness
- Marketing
As part of the small onsite team all aspects of the business are involved in the day-to-day duties of the role which offers a depth of variety and ensures no two days are the same.
Full training will be provided including Forklift driving and first aid, but candidates should have the qualities/experience listed to be considered.
- A full UK driving Licence
- Experience with IT
- Excellent customer service
- Good Telephone manner
- Good level of English both written and verbal
Working pattern is 5 days from 7 with some weekends. Usual shifts are
08:00 – 17:00
Or
09:00 – 18:00
Salary: £21.673.60 increased to £23,840 OTE with Quarterly bonuses
