We rebranded to Ogi in 2021 to represent our dedication to Welsh communities and received a significant multi-million-pound investment to deliver a large-scale and ambitious rollout of full fibre internet across South Wales.

About you…

We're searching for sales reps in South and West Wales - you'll be making your mark on a brand new team, and we're looking for motivated, customer-centric, results-oriented salespeople to bring our products to life!

You should ideally have previous experience identifying opportunities and generating business/sales in a relevant sector. You should be a proven salesperson with a track record of meeting sales and KPIs, as well as a working knowledge of sales tactics and needs-based selling.

While we provide a company vehicle, you’ll need a full, clean UK Driving Licence. We also require all reps to undergo a BPSS background check.

What you’ll be doing…
This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing company in Wales. Reporting to the Field Sales Lead, you’ll be actively involved in communities and play a key role in delivering the net subscriber numbers.

You'll be connecting with communities and establishing engagement with the primary goal of selling services through venues, events, and door-to-door activities, focusing on our build areas. You should be a natural networker who can promote Ogi, raise brand awareness, find prospects, collect data, speak with customers, and produce results.

You should thrive on delivering targets and will become a brand ambassador for the company. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Delivery of KPIs including leads, sales volume, drop out, early churn, product and package blend.
* Carry out a high volume of venue, events and door to door sales activity.
* Provide regular ‘insight and learnings’ from field activity, pro-actively monitoring and analysing metrics to identify opportunities for activity optimisation and to inform future activity.
* Develop relationships and brand awareness across a range of local partners, community institutions, businesses, charities, events and shopping/destination venues.
* Use CRM systems to track and manage sales/consumer information
