We are looking for a Tyre Sales Advisor to join our awesome team, offering the best Independent, technical advice to our customers. Its all about the customer service. Key Responsibilities
· Answer inbound sales calls.
· Advising customer on availability and converting quotes.
· Participate in the outbound sales calls.
· Support the weekly specials sales drive and maximize coverage.
· Familiarise yourself with our customer’s and provide expert proactive tyre advice, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Person
Enthusiastic and committed, you’ll have the ability to work independently & be part of a winning team. Manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in a similar role has a Tyre Sales Advisor is not essential but tyre knowledge is!.
