As a Sales Advisor Team Leader you motivate and lead your team to increase the department sales while supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues. Your main responsibilities are:
- You are responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience that contributes to increasing the sales and profit goals in your store.
- You are responsible for inspiring our customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities plans.
- You train and develop your team and you delegate the right task to the right person and understand their strength and diversity.
- You support the store management team to build a great team, by leading by example and also ensuring that all colleagues deliver great customer experience and that they follow our store routines, policies and guidelines.
- You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.
- As a person, you have a positive attitude, you are guided by our values in your everyday work and you are aware of how actions might influence others.
- You are team oriented: You make your team your priority and take the necessary steps to have a well-functioning team.
- You communicate with warmth in an inspiring and inclusive way to influence, empower and motivate your colleagues.
- Previous leadership experience.
