Graduate Sales Analyst - the journey
Newly launched, the Argentex Sales Accelerator programme is aimed at new graduates with an interest in financial markets, seeking to kick start their careers in sales. On this learning led programme, you will join other graduates on the Argentex Sales Accelerator programme, discovering the skills of selling whilst developing a solid understanding of the foreign exchange market, putting you on track for a career in FX Sales.
Impress us and you’ll get a space on our industry leading sales team, with a £10,000 pay increase and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top.
What will you be doing?
Immersing yourselves in the world of Sales, you will be receiving daily training from those who have been in the industry for years. To start, your day will be filled mainly with learning the market, understanding our wide range of products and developing sales skills. You’ll learn what it takes to succeed in a front office role in financial services. Where can I source new prospects ? What products are most suited to our client base? How can we work with them to support their business? Why did the dollar drop 100 basis points over night? These are questions on the forefront of our minds and that you will be on a journey to answer. Come ready to learn and absorb a lot of information.
Once you’ve got the basics and we feel you’re ready, it’s time to start client outreach. Speaking directly with CEOs, CFOs and business leaders, you’ll get great experience and a real feeling for a what a life in sales consists of. Sitting amongst our sales teams, you will continue to learn from the experts around you, whilst still having 1-2-1 and small group training throughout the week.
3 months later you will have gained unrivalled experienced and be in a great starting point to start your career in financial services Sales at Argentex.
