Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Fully Remote.
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, No weekends, No bank holidays
Basis Salary: £22,000 plus a competitive bonus structure. On Average £700 - £1500k a month commission, target focused, a real opportunity for good sales people to surpass the average earning potential and increase it to have great earning opportunities.

Requirements, we are looking for candidates who have 1 year continuous sales experience and experience in working towards direct sales targets.
Your role:
As an outbound sales advisor you will be calling current customers regarding their insurance policy, making sure they are aware of all the benefits of the policy to give them maximum cover within their household on their appliances.
- Making outbound calls to customers -Warm calls, current customers.
- Building rapport and fact finding
- Dealing with warm calls looking at up selling products
- Win backs from lapsed customers
- Contacting existing customers when their contract is coming to an end
- Working to targets
- Finding the right solutions for the customers needs
- Use you experience, and excellent sales skills.

EXPERIENCE:
At least 12 months continuous sales experience within direct or contact centre sales.
Positive and motivated mindset for hitting targets
Experience in home working.
