Position: Sales Agent
Department: New Homes
The Sales Agent will be responsible for working closely with the New Homes Manager, carrying out administrative tasks, coordinating with developers and buyers, negotiating offers, conducting viewings, and promoting and selling properties within designated developments. The Sales Agent will report directly to the New Homes Manager and will work full-time, including Saturday's, with a designated day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the New Homes Department to understand the available properties and the specifications of each development.
- Coordinate with the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations in promoting and selling properties.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with administrative duties, including preparing documents, maintaining records, and updating property listings on our CRM system with relevant notes.
- Provide timely and accurate information to buyers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Development and Site Management:
- Assist with conducting regular site visits to designated developments, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Familiarise oneself with the unique selling points and features of each development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, responding to their queries, and providing updates on the sale.
- Engage with prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate property recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and negotiating offers.
Viewings and Sales:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
- Assist with providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and terms of purchase to prospective buyers.
- Proactively follow up with potential buyers and nurture leads to facilitate sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales relating to the property industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with buyers, developers, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools for administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Full UK driving license and your own vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
