We are seeking a sales advisor to join our successful team in Huddersfield.We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to deliver great customer service while growing the business.
While you don't need optical experience for this position, we are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a customer facing or retail environment.
Training and assistance will be provided during the first six months of the role, enhancing the ideal candidate's customer service and retail skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging and building a relationship with customers both in branch and on the phone
- Approaching customers and offering advice on a variety of products
- Processing orders through a computer system
- Working as part of a team effectively
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace
- Supporting the branch to achieve budgets
Some more about you:
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a customer-base role, where they can easily build relationships with individuals while supporting them to find the product that's right for them.
You are also able to promote and communicate our goods and services effectively to customers. You also desire to grow in your role, learning more about the way the business and how our products work.
You are patient and comfortable in working with the public, maintaining professionalism at all times while being someone who listens to and supports customers in their needs.
