The Role Car Sales Advisor
Sandicliffe are currently looking for a Car Sales Advisor to join their Nottingham FordStore dealership.

What will I do on a daily basis?
- As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be selling new cars, accessories and finance, in a professional and caring manner to maximise profit potential and maintain good customer relationships, with a view to a long-term career.
· To sell required number of vehicles, accessories and finance, consistent with agreed unit and monetary targets
- Make contact with potential customers, through qualification of needs, present and demonstrate suitable vehicles and negotiate to a successful close of sale
- Ensure any part exchange is accurately appraised, test driving if required, recording accurate data to enable realistic value to be assessed
- Prepare appropriate sales documentation, accurately completing all relevant data and endorsing before final signatures by Sales Manager and customer
- Assist if required in location of customer vehicle, monitoring PDI preparation and pre-check vehicles prior to handover, to ensure vehicle is to customer requirements and ready on time
- Handover vehicle, ensure customer is fully aware of vehicle operation and controls; all relevant documentation is checked and endorsed by parties concerned
- Prospect for future business using telephone, mailshots, emailing and cold calling techniques
- To follow-up customers after delivery and resolve any concerns if highlighted
- Maintain sales area clean and tidy, vehicle literature and promotional material neat and up-to-date
- Compliance with Departmental and Company Policy, Statutory Legislation, Health and Safety, CVP and the Sandicliffe Way.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Enjoy meeting new people and find it easy to build rapport easily
- Well-presented and able to make a good first impression
- Face to face customer experience
- Ability to communicate and update customers at all stages of the process
- Proven experience in a target driven role
- Efficient in using IT systems
- Flexible to work a rota.
- Full driving licence 6 points or less

Salary: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
