Job description
As a Sales Associate at JOTT, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values and our culture.
Under the leadership of the store management team, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service with enthusiasm and authenticity whilst maintaining the store in the best conditions and participate to store operations.
This job is across two of our central London locations: Carnaby Street (24h) and Marylebone High Street (16h).
As our new team member you will bring the following skills:
- Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Business driven & the hunger and enthusiasm to drive the store forward
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Language : full English proficiency, a second language is a plus!
