Are you a Customer Service or Sales Advisor looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Heating Services team based in our Larbert Office. This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday.

In a vital role to the success of the Heating Services team at Certas Energy, you will provide the optimum level of customer service to our domestic customers by supporting the sales teams and being the primary interface for all customer queries and complaints relating to tank installations, maximising customer retention and tank sale opportunities.
We’re looking for:
Previous contact centre experience would be desirable
Self-Motivated with drive for results
Self-confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with autonomy
Ability to handle customer objections
Resilient, persistent and tenacious
