Reporting to our General Sales Manager, the role is one that demands tenacity and drive, with a pure passion for customer satisfaction. Our commission structure is very generous and rewards those who apply themselves and do a well-rounded job. Stock is not an issue as with some of the other manufacturers, with a lot of fast moving models in stock, we are ready to face 2023 head on and have a successful year! Ideally the successful candidate for this position will ideally have at least 2 years Car sales Experience. As a sales advisor, you will take the customer through the entire process from booking the initial appointment to viewing the vehicle right through to presenting finance options and delivering the car to the customer. You will be supported throughout by your colleagues along with the sales and business managers. A comprehensive training package from managers, trainers and the manufacturer will ensure that you have the tools you need to be successful.
About you:
- You will be professional, presentable, ambitious and proactive.
- You will hold a full driving licence.
- You may have motor trade experience in which case you can hit the ground running.
- You may have sales experience in a target driven environment.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will be committed to providing the best customer service to every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Selling new/used cars through a structured sales process.
- Assisting customers with model choices and promoting features and options
- Offer test drives to customers on any interested models
- Negotiate the close of sales, making sure that agreements are clear and precise
- Keep all sales documentation organised
- Always maintain a presentable and professional appearance
