Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Location: CW1 6EG, Crewe (5-minute walk from Crewe train station)

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 base salary with £18,000 commission pot (£43,000 on target earning)


Job Purpose:

There has never been a better time to join Radius, as this is a brand new and exciting team we are putting together with plans to grow over the coming months! The role of Sales Advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing fuel customers with the objective of cross-selling our mobile telecoms products to increase the revenue per customer and reduce attrition.


We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Sales office (CW1 6EG) working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Holding account reviews with our customers who already hold Fuel cards from Radius and cross-selling our other business solutions. Alongside responding to inbound calls and emails from an existing customer base.
  • Promoting/showing our self-service portal to new customers and explaining our other products to our existing customers
  • Create working relationships with colleagues within other divisions
  • Articulate challenges and opportunities to the Head of Multi-Product Sales


What do we expect of you?

  • New business sales / account management / cross selling experience would be preferred
  • Ability to understand and discuss a variety of different products and business areas
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
