This is not for the faint-hearted as B2C (business to consumer) sales is one of the hardest things to do, but the rewards are great and, if you can handle this, your future career in sales is assured. There is a realistic OTE of £50K + and the bonuses are uncapped so the sky is your limit. As you will be working in financial services, you will undergo comprehensive training. The starting salary is £20K - £25k (realistic OTE £40K in year one).
You will be provided with superb training and support to enable you to achieve.
Based in Leeds, there is free parking, and you are close to all amenities.
You will be taking and making inbound and outbound calls, so a friendly telephone manner is essential. You will be provided with plenty of leads, appointments and administrative support so you can concentrate on building rapport with your customers.
The hours of work are: 9.30 am – 7.30 pm Monday to Wednesday, 9.30am - 6.00pm Thursday and 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday.
The role involves:
- Achieving monthly sales targets by creating opportunities for our Advisers initially before moving through our academy training to become an Adviser where you will be advising clients on all types of insurance and protection, life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, household insurance etc
- Generating new business through B2C sales and referrals
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous sales experience (not essential)
- A brilliant attitude towards work, personal development and learning (essential)
