Customer Service Advisor Are you friendly, empathetic and customer focused? The role You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners all over the UK and US. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we don't want to get in the way. You'll solve problems, fix things that aren't working for them, and give them a leg up when they need it. Most importantly, you'll be able to listen to our customers and understand from them how we can build a better business. Start date for this role will be 11th September What we're looking for Customer service experience (will consider all industries) Passion for the customer journey, always wanting to provide the best solutions Telephony experience Empathy A friendly and caring nature What you'll get in return Basic salary of £22,000 + monthly incentives (up to £12k extra a year) £1000 annual learning budget to spend on your personal development Cycle to work scheme Anniversary rewards 28 days holiday allowance, not including bank holidays We place a huge emphasis on continual learning and have created an environment where this is possible every day.
