Sales Administrator
Job summary:
As a Sales Administrator working from our Porsche dealership in Leeds, you will provide key back-office support to the Showroom Managers, helping to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new car!

Key Responsibilities will include:
Processing all documentation accurately, efficiently and effectively which will include carrying out daily Ideal file, Apex and BCA checks.- The preparation and activation of finance deals
- Updating of internal DOC both new and used.
- The arrangement of inter-site transport.
- Supporting the department’s housekeeping and audit processes.
- Ensuring information and customer details are kept up to date and used accurately.
Qualifications:
Previous experience of motor trade sales administration or working in a sales focused administration environment.
- A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- It is essential that you have good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Drive, energy and the motivation to be successful.
