Sales Administrator
Location : Winnersh
Salary : £23,000 - £30,000
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30
Hybrid options are available once you have been trained
My client who are based in Winnersh are going currently through a huge expansion and are looking to recruit an Sales Administrator or Sales Support Executive to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent communication skills and have got an excellent eye for detail. Daily Duties
Generate quotes by gathering information from various sources including job reports, engineers and suppliers
Effective and efficient handling of new sales enquiries, managing from inception to mobilisation.
Gathering all relevant information to produce a compelling quote or service contract, tailoring to clients' needs, whilst protecting margins
Follow up quotes to maximise conversion
Nurture and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Explore and propose new supplier and subcontractor relationships, where gaps are identified
Support the growth aspirations of the business by actively suggesting new sales opportunities and revenue streams
Work closely with Customer Services and Sales Operations to deliver an exceptional level of service
Provide general support to the sales managers
