Role: Sales Support Executive

Company: International Medical Group

Location: Remote – in person meetings held in Redhill Surrey

Job Summary and External/Internal Stakeholders:

To provide sales support services to the Regional Sales Managers and retention Manager.

Internal stakeholders to include Regional Sales Managers; Retention Manager, Logistics executive, Underwriting team, Marketing and Operations.

External Stakeholders – UK Brokers/ EEA Brokers/ ROW Brokers/ Existing Clients

Duties and Responsibilities

Input Quotation data to the system
Operate diary system to ensure Quote TAT’s are adhered
Distribute Renewal terms externally (Direct to client or via Broker)
Assist Regional managers as required re sales campaigns.
Facilitate TOBA process.
