Job description
Job functions:
Using AXAPTA software, input of machine sales orders
Use Goldmine sales data base
Raising invoices
Delivery notes
Liaising with Sales Engineers regarding sales orders placed
Liaising with machine transport with regard to delivery of machines
Work with Service Department regarding booking engineer’s time etc.
Preparation and production of orders and shipments report
Planning shipment of machines to fulfil orders
Production of CE letters
Answering of incoming calls
Skills required:
The ability to plan and prioritise work
Computer experience including Word, Excel
Good, confident telephone manner essential
Attention to detail
Numerate
Location:
