Overview:
We are looking for a talent Sales Administrator with Salesforce Experience to join our sales team here at Expleo.

The Sales Team are responsible for growing the UK Tech Organisation by finding new clients, taking the lead on proposals and growing old accounts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the team are able to operate at a high level and are on track to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing Admin support to the team
  • Supporting with the management of the Sales Team which may include diary management. Ensuring the team are aligned and attending mandatory meetings.
  • Taking minutes and follow up on Actions from the Sales Meeting
  • Supporting the Sales process including Proposals
  • Maintaining Data on Salesforce
  • Supporting the Bid Management and Design Team
  • Updating Documents and Materials
  • Creating and Maintaining Sales documentation
  • Tracking Sales goals and KPIs
  • Supporting as required to help achieve individual and company sales targets
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience of providing general admin support to Sales or Operations in a busy office
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Certificate in Business and / or Administration would be a plus
Skills:
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to comprehend and summarise information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively, including management of other internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to internal and customer driven deadlines, with the flexibility to react to changes in business priorities
  • Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
Experience:
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
