We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to support our existing small team.
Duties include:
- Use existing CRM system to log/process online, email and phone enquiries
- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to enquiries
- Maintain and update databases and customer records
- Communicate customer feedback
- Stock ordering
- Take client order enquiries and accurately communicate to the Director
- Office support as required
- Become an expert on Company product and service offerings
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,052.00-£22,721.00 per year
