Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and friendly Customer Experience Assistants (Hospitality) to join our Hospitality/Food and Beverage team on a casual basis. You'll work in our bars and cafe bars at our city-centre venues His Majesty's Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree.
You'll provide exceptional customer service and perform hospitality duties in the preparation and service of drinks and food to customers at our bars and cafe bars, ensuring that our customers have a safe and memorable experience. This includes a "crush bar" pre-show and interval service with high volumes of customers requiring service over a short period of time at all three venues, and our day-time cafe bar service at Coda (Music Hall) and the Terrace (His Majesty's Theatre). You will also assist in our hospitality service for corporate hospitality, conferences and events.
Successful candidates will ideally have experiences of working in bards, cafe bars, have barista or waiting experience, although training will be provided. You will be experienced in dealing with the public, love working as a team, have excellent communication skills, be confident, pro-active and friendly. You have the customer experience at the heart of everything you do. Due to licensing laws, you wil be aged 18 or over.
We have vacancies which are flexible to cover a variety of shifts across days and evenings. Due to the nature of our business, regularly availability at weekends, particularly Friday and Saturdays, and evenings is essential.
