All About the Role
Based at our Newbridge site- We have a role available for a Sales Administrator; in this role you will be responsible for dealing with all of the day-to-day administration, queries, fielding calls, and creating quotes, processing orders and all general administration. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of targets and sites performance. The hours for this role are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Specific tasks could include:
- Fully supporting the MD and sales team on site.
- Be an ambassador for high customer service standards that seek to build customer retention levels.
- Process sales enquiries / orders, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
- Ensuring all orders are raised, paperwork is completed, and orders are processed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of quotations.
- Dealing with customers (internal & external) over the phone or via e-mail.
- To help drive excellent customer service & a continuous improvement mindset.
- Supporting and communicating effectively with internal staff.
- Liaising with operations staff on daily work plan.
- The option to train on the job as a sales executive.

Essential Skills for the role:
- Experience in an admin or sales admin role in an office environment.
- Proactive attitude & approach with a one team mindset.
- High level of accuracy with good computer skills.
- Builds strong relationships quickly & holds excellent communications skills.
- Organised & methodical in your approach.
- Good IT skills - ideally all Microsoft Office Packages
